I had an excellent stay at this hotel in the historical city center. The location was perfect, being in a busy area close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and well-organized rooms. The staff was helpful and pleasant, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of freshly made dishes and a beautiful ambiance.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Baixa-Chiado metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also in the city center, close to all the main attractions and amenities. Guests have mentioned the lovely decorated rooms and the friendly staff. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of choices. the hotel has a beautiful balcony where guests can enjoy their breakfast.

The soundproofing in the hotel is not great, as guests have mentioned being able to hear noise from other guests and outside.

Stay close to nature with beautiful vintage style and spacious rooms. Perfect location to explore the city. Friendly staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, with an excellent location close to the waterfront and great restaurants. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with attention to detail and a very comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and provides a great start to the day.

The smaller size of the room, but it didn't affect the overall experience.

Unfortunately, my mother wasn't feeling well and had difficulty climbing the stairs. We weren't aware of this when we booked, as it wasn't advertised. The dampness in the hotel was overwhelming, and the smell permeated every corner, even with the windows open. It was also noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The locks on the doors were quite difficult to open at times, and there was no reception in the building. We had to check-in elsewhere and walk a few minutes to reach Casinha Das Flores. The receptionist at the other hotel was not helpful, and there was no phone in the building to contact the reception. I must mention that our previous hotel in Barrio Alto was amazing. Therefore, I don't recommend Casinha Das Flores.
